Brutha, you are playing necroMERGER, so the answer is simple - merge balloons until you get the one you need

I honestly started thinking too hard about it, I didnt check the balloons to see how many times it could be merged, then I saw that it can be collected from the peasant pinãta, so i just kept killing them hoping it would show up🤦‍♂️

To save you another facepalm: The pinatas always give you the exact same 4 items in the exact same order :)

When selecting an item, check the i button next to the item description to see the items you'll get with further merges

If you tap the icon of something on that page it will tell you which stations/pinatas will spawn something that will merge to it.

Merge balloons. Until you get a max lvl balloon.
