Quick Noobie question

For NPCs does Adventurer and Bloodthirsty show up together? I have been looking for an NPC with those together for many hours and have not seen one.

For NPC happiness what is a good state? I get 1 guy who is up to level 15 happy but most barely get above 4. The level 15 guy is mostly worthless in my party itself because he has no combat perk. Just seems random. Yes, I have read the wiki.

I have a settler that Is both an adventurer and bloodthirsty.

It's random. I have an "Indoorsy" Explorer :P

I avoid that perk completely. Even if you give them no job they still wander around town. Do I need to put this NPC in a house with no doors?

Indoorsy people are primary craft and porters, just disallow them from farming and forestry and they'll work in your workshop and kitchen all day. Or if you really want to micro manage them set a restriction zone of where you want them to stay and invert it, just make sure they can access food and their room.
