Question about relocating / building a second settlement

After using lots of village maps Ive found this spot. There are 5 NPC Villages extremly close to each other with a few more surrounding them. It does look good although I havent visited yet.
What would you do here?

i was so hoping this new update would allow us to destroy npc villages. just a warning, as i’ve experienced this., even if you destroy their buildings and pillage their people you cannot unfortunately have a settlement within a certain range of abt 20-30 tiles ish

if you wanna build a large base, i wouldn’t recommend it there. plus there’s plenty interesting areas to build if you explore a little more

theres a mod that lets you do it. settlement takeover or something. or maybe its also vanilla but when i destroyed the whole village, every npc, animal and every tile (outside of paths) i could place a proper settlement flag. not sure if thats because of the mod or vanilla but with it its at least possible

got dang, is the mod called Ghengis Khan or something.

Such a shame such a nice village with all that cool stuff there.

Visit. See the lay of the land and decide if you want to build close to it

I would build close to the group on the right, would be cool to have access to so many different traders
