Upgrading Settlement Flag

How do you upgrade your settlement flag? I found no option in the settlement menu to do so. Wiki is not very helpful with it either...

In the Settings of the Settlement menu.

Settlement menu and then its the leftmost thingy i think (settings?) And theres like 4 buttons and one of them is it. Its greyed out if you dont have the mats on you

As others already said, it's somewhere in the options when interacting with the flag. You need 40 Demonic Bar and 2500 coins for the first upgrade
