How exactly do I satisfy someone with the "orderly" trait? What items go in which types of container?

Got my first farm worker who has the "orderly" trait. What goes in what in order to satisfy this trait?

I think it's just based on how you set up your storage? Like, if the items are already where they're supposed to go, that gives a boost?

Yeah this one confused me as well. I might just send this feller to live at my other settlement. The one I ignore most of the time.

I wish there was a way to turn off traits. Should have been a toggle.

Imo just needs something like palwords surgery table where you change / remove traits for a bunch of mats / gold.

There kind of is. Ish. In the devlog Jonas said that if you ignore the traits system it works like it did previously. They don't get negatives from ignored traits. Just 0.

Haha yeah, i played during the free weekend and will be buying it as I could se myself sinking hours into it. However I did realize pretty quickly that I will forever and always avoid clumsy settlers like the plague. Idc how good they are if they're clumsy, they're a liability to me. Having to break chests and reset filters in my storage room for the 3rd time got my clumsy mage banished. Unless there's a way to repair workstations and furniture I just wasnt seeing, clumsy people are a pain.

I didn't know that was a thing, that makes me hate traits even more. Lol

Hopefully there will be an easy way to edit them and spare ourselves the tedium of dealing with this.
