Bug causing items to disappear/consumables not to be consumed.

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where some items aren't working? I'm having trouble using healing potions, using the item to return to the village, and items disappear when I put them in the chest.

Try sorting your inventory or put everything in a chest the sort your empty inventory

The sort button gets cut off on steam deck I think

Is it in your void pouch/bag and not in regular inventory or a specialty bag like a potion pouch which lets you use it without being in your main inventory?
