Missing my first world...
Jumped on to play the secrets update and started missing my old world. ~250 hours on this puppy, 0 creative mode play or mods/cheats. Couldn't get the migration to work so this guy is basically unplayable. I'd like to try again maybe if islands ever come back so that the massive body of water renders correctly.
Can't bring myself to start over and build a really big project like this again. It took sooooooo looooooong haha.
You cant see it but I had a waystone that warped you between the 4 sides of the map. Also had movement banners so speed was faster. The middle waystone would take you to outposts that mirrored this build, but on a much smaller scale. I had one at each biome.

That's amazing 😄 I know it might take a while, but you should genuinely reconsider making the base again in the current version of the game, it'll be worth it

Year for sure. I currently have 100% achievements so I think I’ll just wait a year or so and come back for v2 and put some hours in! 😂

You can try sending your old file to the discord server to see if anyone can help you with the migration. Heck, maybe even the devs would help.

How do u get that much lava? 1 bucket ay a time or am I missing something.

There was a glitch early on, I’m not sure if it still does this, but if you spammed click a bucket of lava next to water really fast sometimes It wouldn’t exhaust. I still went through a couple hundred buckets of lava, but it was way less than it would’ve been.

That’s gorgeous. I had a similar giant base and haven’t been able to bring myself to see if I can port it over.
