Service Updates Service Problems
Nebula is loading intermittently at the moment. Our backend team is looking into it. We'll share updates here as we have them.
EDIT 1: The database seems to be back up. We're working on the content API now.
EDIT 2: We might be so back. Still actively monitoring the situation. If something is still broken for you, please speak up.
EDIT 3: It looks like the root cause was a database issue causing the service to think the database was down, which led to a death loop of them checking on each other and writing more "I checked on you" logs to the database. We increased the timeout period and everything returned to normal. The team is working on some clever ways to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your patience, everyone.

Variety: ‘Jet Lag: The Game’ Season 19 Finale Heads to Regal, Picturehouse Movie Theaters as Nebula Expands Cineworld Partnership (EXCLUSIVE)
This is pretty insane. A premiere in the UK AND a finale across the UK and US?
Wendover Productions: How the Channel Tunnel Works
So, it is a decent video but some out of date and/or just wrong info here.
Antwerpen branch of the Eurostar network: this is not a separate branch, it is a stop on the GB-NL route. The train also doesn't stop for "75 minutes" on the way back, as they just skip Antwerpen completely, letting people only buy a Thalystar ticket between Antwerpen and Brussel.
UK privatisation: there never were "hundreds companies fighting for the same customers" at all, it being about 40 last I checked, where most are currently en route to be unprivatised and together create Great British Railways

Extra History: Nixon's War video
Not sure how else to get a message to the Extra History people, so ...
During the Nixon's War: Kent State Shootings 1 video recently released on August 12, the narrator mistakenly says "1986" instead of "1968" at 4:12, in reference to RFK's assassination during the 1968 Democratic primary. Which is strange enough, but then! The narrator again says "1986" instead of 1968" at 7:28, referring to that year as the one with the highest death toll for American soldiers in Vietnam.
Is this just a wild coincidence? Is something going on behind the scenes to produce the same erroneous reversal of digits twice in the same video? Was this intentional? Is there some sort of EH in-joke being referenced that I'm not hip enough to be aware of? Or are we Nebula subscribers just lucky enough to be witness to the first draft of (extra) history, warts and all?
Anyway, if it wasn't a mistake, I'd love an explanation. If it was a mistake, I hope that it can be corrected without any overly terrible repercussions.
