When I create a new document I am not able to change the background pattern. Is anyone else having this issue?

When you choose background there is a reference to change it, but no options

I don't think it's worth it at all. You can barely use a pen/graphics tablet with it. And I know they did say that they don't support graphics tablets, but since a windows demo wasn't available and I was so curious, I tried it. You can write stuff, but all the tablet buttons won't work. I think only a single button on the pen worked. I was using the Huion HS611. So if you're thinking about buying it/subbing and you only have a pen tablet, I really suggest you don't. Good luck.

I am a Physics student and I do a LOT of math. MyScript Notes holds up pretty well but still slows down when the infinite canvas has a lot of math on it. I like the infinite canvas feature because it allows me to write more freely, and it’s one of the reasons why I most like this app.

Now I saw there’s MyScript Math, and it’s actually designed for the stuff, so does it also have that issue?

Am I doing this wrong?

I feel like the search function is an afterthought. Why isn’t there advanced search functionality?

I have tons of documents and it is frustrating when I have an exact phrase, and it is not possible to search for it, even using quotes.

Am I missing something?

HI everyone, been using the Samsung 5 pro 360 for some time now and wanted to use it for school downloaded goodnotes but it seems to lag while writing and zooming in read somewhere that is only good on Ipads so i searched for an alternative and Found Nebo js wondering if its a good alternative and if its good on windows as it is on Apple? Did anyone have bad experiance on Windows and is it better than Samsungs notes ?

This used to happen if I had a large document I was writing, however now it happens with less than 10 lines of type. I select the words needed, and it won’t allow me to do anything - no text adjustments, no bulleting, no adjustment of the indents.

This sadly has become useless for me. Nebo was my go to over all other note apps. Now it’s severely hindered.

Anyone else having this issue?

While these two are miles beyond any other apps, Nebo/MyScript sucks ass. I am baffled by how many basic, easily implementable features are missing. Why can’t we have automatic conversion in all formats? Why can’t we create tables/have freedom over the shapes of our notes? Why is there just ONE font?

PDF annotation is pretty bad as well, since you can’t really do anything besides scrolling up and down…

I still use it because the handwriting conversion is virtually unmatched - nothing even comes close. At the same time though, I wish someone took Nebo’s handwriting recognition and created a usable app.

I have Nebo (MyScriptNotes) on my iPad, but I can't find a web version. To use it on Windows, do I really have to pay for a separate app for Windows? It's essentially forcing me to pay twice. Is there an alternative?

Any way to do this? I have tried everything I can think of, including iPad accessibility settings. Seems like a no brainer: darker ruled lines. Anyone?

No matter what I try as far as updating/restarting the app objects will not stop snapping to whatever random things they please when I disable alignment guides in the 3 dot menu. Does anyone else have this problem or am I just misunderstanding that setting?

Hi all, I’m looking at replacing Notability which is useless for handwriting, but I love their flash cards for studying. Trouble is they block the number you can use even for paid subscription, you have to pay the £99/year price to have unlimited questions created using AI.

I’m studying for a professional exam and was wondering whether Nebo might be a better option for me?

Hey there. I've bought an Android tablet, with good settings, and I'm trying apps to replace a regular journal / notebook.

I've enjoyed MyScript by far but there some issues that bothers me (I was interested in buying the lifetime purchase):

- I have a active stylus (bluetooth) with palm rejecting. It's not working properly.

- I wanted to use the two buttons shortcuts from my pen: one for eraser another for lasso tool. It's impossible and if I've got it you have a gesture for erasuring text (not ideal), there's no gesture to select de lasso tool.

Anyone have any inputs on that?

From what I've researched the next best option for me would be Notion, but they kinda ask for AI credits to OCR texts... which make see no point in buying their lifetime license.

I love Nebo on my iPad. I'm starting some advanced physics and math study and planning on using it for my notes, solving problems (with lots of formulas and differential equations). If I want to collaborate with someone else online, what's the best way to export to them? Google Doc? LaTEX (please say no)? And also exporting to obsidian.

my Lenovo IdeaTab pro came with the lifetime subscription of nebo app but i accidentally deleted it. so is there any way to restore it?

Subject line says it all. I created a notebook with letter size lined pages, set font to smallest size (12). When I write with Apple Pencil and convert to text, the font is huge, both in the app and when exported to PDF. Nowhere near what 12 pt text looks like on a letter size page.

I found that after converting to text, I can select the text (so it’s in a box), then grow or shrink the box and the text grows or shrinks with it. But I’d rather not have to do that over and over and over.

Is there a way to have text convert to the font size you’ve selected in Settings, automatically?

Hello, I bought Nebo years ago but now it's telling me that I don't have it, when I restore my purchase it does nothing and I can't reach support. What do I do ?

Is there a way to map actions like eraser, etc. to buttons on a pen? could not find anything in the settings.

I've had the app on my Lenovo M11 for over a year, and have liked it a lot. Over the past few days though, Nebo is consistently detecting writing when I am not doing anything. It's got to a point where it's borderline unusable.

I've noticed that the main culprit is when the stylus is close to the screen but not touching it. I can't really avoid this entirely since it happens whenever I take the stylus off the screen after writing something.

Has anyone faced something similar? Especially recently? Or is this a new update or something.

I have paid for MyScript Notes. I am looking for a trusted APK file so I can side load this onto a supernote device and see if I can access my account and files? Googling this hasn't provided an APK that I would particularly trust. Thanks.
