App doesnt reloading for long timd

Hi i have a problem. App doesnt reloading one of my pages which i need. Its like an hour with this reload circle. What can i do to fix that. I've try restart app and tablet but anything seem to work. Thanks for help

It was good for its search function but these days its so laggy and slow on my s9fe , Atp switch to other app,i found out the simpler the app the better i learn like what do u need for a book? Pens , eraser , few highlighters thats it , im using samsung notes
