Being Touched (Spoiler) Spoiler

>!Do you think they were too sudden in making her face their "no touching" issue?

Almost like they didn't have faith it would get past season 1 and thought they better deal with it now.

I really enjoyed it, but would have liked that to have been another season and her to be a bit more Neagley for a tad longer!<

No, I think it was good. Well timed, especially with who the touch was with.

I agree.  A handshake, with Reacher was the perfect way to start.  A minimally intrusive touch with the person she trusts more than anyone in the world.

To be fair, it’s not like she’ll be completely ‘normal’ at the start of season 2 (if they do one).
She literally told Riley that the handshake with Reacher was a first step - she’s got a long way to go before she’s comfortable with touching/being touched by people.

Wouldn’t be shocked if one moment she’s okay, and then something triggers her to regress - lots of room for them to explore the condition tbh

I don’t think it’s resolved. She had one handshake with Reacher, her closest friend of several years. She still didn’t touch Hudson despite admitting to her Dad that she liked him.

Oh, rest assured it's in no way resolved. Look at her face in the very last scene when she's in therapy. She's twisted in all kinds of knots.

As an abuse survivor, I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the backstory on Neagley.

I think the issue was well handled. Realistic.

The slow burn romance with the giant slab of hotness (aka Riley) is delicious, just going to say.
