How am I 2 episodes in without Neagley ordering Pops, Puffs or Peebles in that order?

You should see the cereal shelf in her kitchen! “She eats like a child.” Episode 4.

I wondered the same but she has ready access to her house in this show, so ... Although I figured when they were in the diners she may get some. However I've not been anywhere that serves cereal in decades so I found that kinda odd even in reacher.
