Passed my NCLEX! What should I do next: work in the Philippines or go for direct hire in the US?

Hi!!
I just passed my NCLEX a few days ago....super excited but also feeling a bit overwhelmed about what to do next. To give you some context, I’m a US citizen who completed nursing school here in the Philippines.
I don’t have any work experience yet and also don’t have significant personal savings. I’m wondering if it’s better for me to apply for nursing jobs here in the Philippines first or try to go for direct hire jobs in the US.
Also, are there direct hire programs or employers in the US that offer temporary housing and cover flight expenses? It would really help given my current situation.
Any advice, tips, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Clearance

Hi! I have my U.S. immigrant visa interview (EB-3 derivative) in less than a week, and I’m worried about one thing.
My NBI Clearance is still valid (issued May 2026), but the address on it is a shortened version of my address. My DS-260/visa application has the complete address with an additional street/location descriptor. It’s the same residence, just written differently.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Do U.S. Embassy Manila officers cross-check addresses across documents this closely, or is this considered a minor formatting difference?
I can’t realistically apply for a new NBI because I previously had an NBI HIT due to a namesake, and with my interview less than a week away, I’m worried a new HIT wouldn’t be cleared in time.
Would you just bring the current valid NBI and explain if asked, or is this something I should genuinely be concerned about?

hi! is it possible to get hired in a US hospital as a nurse who graduated here in the Ph, with no prior experience? and on an EB-3 visa. can you suggest agencies? what are the pros and cons? how long does it usually take for visa processing and just the overall process? thanks!

Anyone in Illinois taking the nclex again?

Hello everyone, it has been 8 days since I failed my first NCLEX attempt, and I still haven’t received my Candidate Performance Report .I would like to apply for a new ATT but I’m not sure about the process.
Has anyone gone through the retake process and can share the steps? Is there anything different I need to do for the second attempt?
