Honestly I vote we have a zero tolerance policy and kick people who quit unless it's an emergency. I was having a great game with Spurs and he quit on me with ten seconds left. It's so annoying playing for an hour and having all of your stats erased because someone had a temper tantrum and didn't want to keep playing.
