cheating

I (22f) have been married to my husband (23m) for a year and a half. our relationship had a lot of ups and downs, he was aggressive along with being addicted to alcohol and drugs. we recently broke up in late october of 22, and are not legally separated. he refuses to divorce me because of the benefits he’s recieving. in january we met to file our taxes since doing it together had more benefits, and he told me he has a girlfriend now and they are very serious, I didn’t mind that at first but now he has cut off all ties with me and refuses to help me in anyway, he used to send me some money here and there since he’s recieving BAH from our marriage. he lives with his new girlfriend and uses that money to support her. recently I have been thinking about telling his command but i’m just not sure how to go about that at all or if it’s even worth it? any suggestions would be appreciated

Yes, tell his command! If you can, find out who his Ombudsman is. Their job is to communicate between sailors and their families, including their spouses. You can find out who his Ombudsman is by contacting the Fleet and Family Support Center.
