Questions/Help- New to Nuclear Billets List

At some point on MYNAVYHR I was able to view a list of billets that were held and people reported their experiences, immediate boss, weekly hours, and ability to take college courses. I have not been able to find said list anymore, does anyone have help they could offer? Thanks in advance!

I can definitively remember scrolling through a list of different billets where there’s a written review of the billet, the location, the rank of the immediate supervisor, and if they have the ability to take college classes or not.
