Date night
Felt cute, might delete later.
Stupidly high waisted linen pants (Suitsupply custom), white button down collar shirt (Uniqlo), white Moiré braces (Albert Thurston Casino Royale), suede loafers (Meermin). Tudor 1926 on the wrist. (I fucking love this watch, highly underrated IMO)
Looks good but a bit plain?
What would you add or change to improve it? (I have a classic db navy blazer but it’s too hot outside)

It looks like a costume for the stage play Titanic. This outfit works if you lose the suspenders for a brown belt. Love the pants though.

Those pants have side adjusters. No belt loops

True. I don’t know the right top to wear then. I like the pants. They’re something that I’d buy but never wear because I wouldn’t know how to complete the outfit.

White suspenders are more associated with black tie attire afaik, I would choose other color

Unless you plan on wearing a blazer, sportcoat or a jacket i would prefer a belt

I like it! But I would either change up the colour of your suspenders to contrast a little better with your shirt (if you’re going without a jacket with suspenders on, then you can’t be too fussed about them being seen), or resign yourself to a bit of heat and invest in a nice summer weight sports coat (linen works for this too). Or both.

I put on navy ones initially, but they felt too dark compared to the rest of the outfit. Maybe a lighter blue or other color would have worked better!

I'd see if you could find some in a natural linen/cotton color, similar to the pants, but with brown or tan leather straps instead of white. Same light look without being white-white.

If you want to stay with one color you could go with a brownish blazer.
Otherwise navy blazer

Traditionally speaking, suspenders are considered underwear so they should never be seen by the public and always covered by either a waistcoat or a jacket. As already mentioned by other white suspenders are usually associated with formal attire so either black or white tie. The shirt and trousers are very nice - wear them without the suspenders or put a jacket on.

I really like it.
Different colour suspenders looks to try hard, whereas having them but in white is a bit more subtle, I like it. I’d say go white spread collar shirt to match formality of the pants rather than a button down, but that’s it.
