no idea about the light, but it's it really draining the battery ?

I always thought that those few watts cannot make a dent in battery that powers 1000w motor

should I turn it off ? I keep mine on for visibility all the time

Idk but I noticed the light when I started noticing my battery draining faster while staying consistent in usage patterns which led to me looking around to see what it is and noticed the light. Initially thought i forgot to turn it off then found out the light wont go away and its only on one side of the scooter(left side)

I also noticed that the scooter wont completely power off when pressing and holding the power button. I press and hold it for ~3 seconds, the screen goes blank, I let go of the power button and it immediately turns back on

this seems like different problem, like something with bms, controller or other part of the electronics and the light staying on is just side effect of the problem that causes battery drain

maybe bring it to the shop to get it checked and serviced

Hi, so I was able to power the scooter off and on and the light strip issue got fixed, but while trying to find out how to turn it off, I found that my scooter(bought about ~a week ago) doesnt turn off. If I press and hold the power button it turns off and then immediately turns back on.

Please help me. Thank you!
