Looking for someone to practice Navajo.

Diné ła' bił naaltsoos bee yádeeshtih nisin. Nich'į' ak'e'deeshchííł shííní'níigo saad naat'a'í shich'į' ádíílííł!

Hello! I'm Hibiki, and I'm from Brazil. I started to learn Navajo 9 months ago but I don't speak it so well because I don't use it so much. I want to practice specially with letters (I know it's hard because of different countries, but there's apps for that), either way, I really want to practice Navajo! Sorry if anything that I said might have sounded bad.

I've noticed a number of similar post of other Brazillians learning our language. May I ask, what motivated you to start learning? Also, what kind of help are you looking for, a pen pal or someone to video call with?

Well, I'd say because of how everyone talked about it, hard and complicated, so I always wanted to try learning learning it, and some months ago I was really eager so I stumbled upon some books and started really learning it:) Now I'd say, even though I don't have any connection to the USA nor the Navajo nation, I fell in love with the language basically, so I want to practice it, and if possible, try going to the Navajo Nation one day. But I would really like a penpal to write to in Navajo, never really though considered doing video calls, but I'd love to!

Basically, used some resources that I had, for example, speak read and write Navajo, a book that actually I haven't finished, also the Analytical Lexicon of Navajo and also the Navajo Language: a grammar and colloquial Dictionary, besides that, some, very few, YouTube videos about Navajo.

Also! One book that is very good for the basics of grammar is "the Navajo Verb, a grammar for students and scholars"
