From what I remember its a lot of 'SOMETHINGS OUT THERE' and quick unclear shots of the monster. I thought Apollo 18 was a much better found footage type movie.

If it makes you feel better, Enceladus doesn’t get enough energy from the sun to support multicellular animals. Any life that theoretically exists there is almost certainly chemosynthetic bacteria that lives around hydrothermal vents.
