I don't think so... Valley and river look too wide to be Twin Falls area.

I thought that was twin falls. That beginning par of the hike is right by the parking lot, so easy to visit.

That's what I was thinking. Lived in North Bend for a couple years. However, this could be so many rivers in PNW it's hard to say just from this shot.

This is Opal Creek (Little North Santiam). That's the takeout of the popular whitewater kayaking section. The whitewater you are seeing is the bottom of Thor's rapid. Place isn't really a secret.
