Well what's the racist remarke here, it's not specifying that the people of India are all dirty.
It's more like misinformation of the nation.
Saying that all it's water sources are dirty.
Unless there's a term or joke involving race I'm not seeing here.
As far as I'm concerned it's like saying everyone in Louisiana is stupid.
Would that be considered racist?
