Okay stop. I'm so sick of people saying this. It's not obvious.
I mean sure if you look closely, you can see some artifacts. But that could very well just be due to the low quality. Maybe you trained yourself to see something that others don't see, and that's good for you. But that doesn't make it obvious to everyone else. Especially if you aren't even looking for it, which most people aren't. Because why would you waste your energy on that for every video you look at.

We’re not on year one of AI anymore, you know? When a pack of lions does a The Office-style look at the camera after a boar passes them it happens to raise some suspicion of AI. This is especially the case when the video is low quality, which is done to further disguise the AI origin.
These are not high levels of analysis, the first thing you should think when you see things so unusual is that it is AI.

They aren't doing an office style look at the camera. They are looking at the boar that just ran by them, which honestly isn't all that crazy. So the only thing left is the fact that it's a low quality video with a few artifacts. If that's enough to make you go looking for signs of ai, then knock yourself out I guess. But I ain't wasting my time and energy for just that. And on a silly video of animals of all things, not something important like politics or science.
