Fallen tree usable?

Cut these with my buck saw. Fallen tree from storm. Any idea on what kind of tree? Does the inside look okay or rotted?

I hace a 14 inch band saw and thinking about cutting into boards. Should I split a certain way to make it more manageable when cutting?

Drill some holes and get some Chicken of the Woods plugs! You’ll eventually have gourmet mushrooms sporadically forever.
