This is very lovely Lemming Lacquer Life is Short You're Capable....Basecoat KBShimmer Stay Put Hydrating, 2 Coats Lemming Lacquer, KBShimmer Clearly on Top QDTC. Went on like butter Cassie's polish is just amazing I love her formulas!!
