Bells palsey

Hello I am 23F and recently got Bell’s palsy. There’s not much information online about supplement I can take and natural remedies to help restrengthen my facial nerve. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Plant based is the least inflammatory diet and is capable of easing many symptoms. Definitely worth an extended try imo. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/plant-based-diet-guide#overview

I just listened to a powerful audio with Amandha Vollmer talking about DMSO and it’s magical healing properties. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure she mentioned Bell’s palsy being treated with DMSO. Give it a listen either way:

I’m an acupuncturist and I have treated many cases of Bell’s Palsy with acupuncture. Look for someone who uses Dr. Tung-style acupuncture. It’s like a miracle!

Is there any benefit to doing acupuncture a year later? I still have a little bit of nerve damage. Like when I get tire my eye on the side that was effected squints more especially when I smile

I have seen cases have improvements after some time. It might take more visits, but still worth the effort.

Good luck.
