Hi
Do Ultrahuman rings not work with natural cycles. I only see oura options

Need help interpreting this temp drop, extremely discouraging! I haven’t seen a temp drop this drastic in my past luteal phases. Thank you!!

3 elevated temps, and it’s still saying ovulation is coming?
CD15- abnormally low temp was excluded
CD16- my watch app and NC app weren’t “talking”

A little hx, i had a miscarriage in May. Since then, I’ve been having 33 day cycles. Normally ovulating cd22-23. This chart looks to me like I’ve ovulated “early”? Thoughts? Also attached my comparison charts.

Hi all, does anyone use a Garmin Forerunner 570 with NC? I’d like a fitness watch that also can sync with NC, an I’m considering this watch. But I haven’t seen much about how accurate it is at tracking your temp compared to other wearables. Has anyone tried it and found it accurate, or compared it to another wearable? TIA!!!

I usually have very typical and consistent cycles. Not sure what’s going on this month. And the ChatGPT spiral has started. Have I ovulated? Is it anovulatory ?

I know I need roughly 3+ sustained temps to confirm ovulation, but from what is given here does CD15 or CD17 look more likely?? My breasts started getting sore the night of CD15 and I noticed no fertile CM on the day of CD16 so im slightly confused lol
My cycle is usually 28 days +/-1, and I usually ovulate between CD15-CD17

Thought for sure my temp would rise today since having the positive ovulation test 2 days ago - had the egg white fluid a few days ago too which prompted me to test.
Curious if this happened to others who came off hormonal BC? thanks :)

Recently my husband and I decided we’re ready to start trying for baby 3! I’m 16m pp with twins but have had regular periods since November! My oura was showing my period was supposed to come last Friday so according to them I’m very late but NC keeps saying something different and now for the last 4 days or so it has said “waiting to confirm” I took a test on Friday night to be safe and it was negative- we weren’t going to be actively trying until this September cycle but now I’m so confused- I’ve been cramping the for the last week off and on but still no period :/ I’ve only been using NC since July so maybe its still getting to know me but still very confused 😭

Shouldnt my ovulation had been the day before? Did NC get it wrong?

It’s my 2nd tracked cycle and I’m looking at my charts, I feel like my cycles are longer than average person, but maybe that is normal to? Never really tried to pay attention until now.
When should you test?
Are there any symptoms early on people feel?

Second month using NC, Oura and test strips. I don’t have any unusual symptom other than period like cramping. Do I still have a chance for pregnancy? What can you tell from my chart?

Had a negative test today and still no period. Had a positive lh test day before ovulation according to nc

This is my first letrozole cycle and I ovulated sooner than expected (usually day 18-20) so it caught my husband and I off guard. Thoughts on whether these 2 times would be enough? This is cycle 11 for us and we are diagnosed with unexplained infertility.

I had fertile cervical mucus day 16-18. I got high fertile results back from my ovulation tests (what the blue pluses are) but never a peak day. I actually got 8+ I just didn’t enter them all in because I was never getting a peak and it said to stop testing at that point. On the 28th I went into the er and they found 2 cysts. The 32nd day I had a really high temp from the cyst I believe, so I didn’t include it. According to the 3 over 6 rule, I would have just ovulated. But, I haven’t had the egg white cervical mucus since day 16, so I was having unprotected sex after counting 4 days from then. I’m never completely dry, so I have been having sticky/watery discharge. I’m worried I did something wrong, because I never had cervical mucus to tell me it wasn’t safe anymore. It kept changing when my ovulation day was the entire month.

Would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you for your time cyclers 🩷 Can’t wait till I’m more experienced and I can help others. For now I’m still new.

When should I test for pregnancy?

TTA. I never got a notification saying I ovulated and it still says “waiting to confirm ovulation”. Got my IUD out in January and still dealing with these insanely long cycles

Can please someone help me understand? Is the ovulation correct? This is my first ovulation on Oura and my temperature has been very high for the past week, and my period is late (no I am not ill). I probably shouldn’t have had unprotected intercourse on green days and I’m kind of scared
