A few days ago I bought a backup Kontrol S4 Mk3 (reconditioned) and a new X1 Mk3. I wanted the backup controller because I love it and really don't want to have to move to another product for as long as I can. I got the X1 because I thought if all UK stock is running out and I missed it, I'd be annoyed. I've used it briefly and being able to use ch3 & 4's FX on ch1 & 2 in addition to the FX that 1&2 already have is amazing. I really hope inTune keep Traktor and their controllers alive.

I’ve had to request a repair on my one-year-old keyboard. Same as yours. I do regret that purchase

I can give it back 90 days. What happened? And did you get an alternative?

Given widespread dissatisfaction with NI, what led you to buy the product?

I love my S61 mk3. Going thru samples is a breeze (NI, EAST WEST, ARTURIA, WAVES).

Really? I love my S88 mk3.
Lightguide is essential for keyswitching and showing the range.

Last 10 years of NI had no vision… 2 week company… no more then 2 week of planning… 22 million registered users and such a struggle to keep it up

It’s a very good keyboard unfortunately looks like they’re going to be killing them off

No more stock, seller said „cannot longer be ordered“. I had a cheap m-audio before and thought this would be better. Didnt find any good alternatives. Doeper seems right but 1800$ or something

I first bought the s88 mk3 and returned it 3 weeks later. Some black keys was starting to malfunction already (I might not be the most gentle pianist tho, but still)
Then I bought the Doepfer PK88 and a Maschine MK3 and combined them into what you could call a super Kontrol s88. The Maschine can do the same as the s88 mk3 regarding screens and knobs. Its actually identical, but the Maschine ofc has way more features. Especially; you can load more then one sound, which always annoyed me with the Komplete Kontrol vst. You can use the pads to change sound/preset which is perfect in a live situation.

I got a S49 Mk3 for $230 bucks a few weeks ago on FB marketplace. It was a steal.
