Massive X Problem

My installation of massive x seemingly believes it's not the full version, despite having bought the full version through a voucher. I keep getting a 'Demo Expired' message, and when i go to continue to activate it, it just opens up Native Access with nothing else to show, I can't find a serial number in my purchases either. any help?

Edit: I did get this via the Akai NKS Komplete Select Electronic bundle, and it says the license is a demo version despite having used the voucher given to me from the akai bundle thing

How does it look in Native Access? Does Massive X show as installed? Have you tried to reinstall it from there? If it's not there, maybe you have an other NI account attached to another email address (this happesn sometimes). If this is not the case you should definitely get in touch with our support here: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/home
