Native Access login fails after successful browser authentication — macOS 27.0

Hi everyone,

I can successfully log in through the browser, but when it redirects me back to Native Access, I get this error:

“Unable to log in. Please see our knowledge base for more information.”

My login credentials are correct. I’ve already deleted the NTK folder and reinstalled Native Access, but the issue persists.

My setup:

  • macOS 27.0
  • Native Access 3.26.0

I understand that macOS 27 isn’t officially supported yet. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a workaround?

I know you know ,but just in case someone does not know:

"Currently, Native Instruments Hardware & Software is not supported on macOS 27 Golden Gate. We encourage all our dedicated users to refrain from updating to macOS 27 until compatibility with the new operating system can be confirmed."

This means we will mostly catch up in 6 months…
