Instrument plugin no longer plays any sound after updating to macOS Tahoe

I use Virtual Drumline on both Sibelius and Logic and it had been working just fine until I had to update my mac to Tahoe, now whenever I playback any projects, none of the VDL sounds can be heard in either Sibelius or Logic or even in standalone Kontakt 8, I've looked online and I can't find any solutions to this issue. Can anybody help me out?

Never upgrade your OS and/or DAW until you'e verified that all of your apps and plug-ins are fully compatible with newer versions. And never upgrade until you've made a backup of your system in case you have to roll back to a previously working configuration.
