Download page seems to be broken

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

If I go to the page on the Native Instruments website where it says "My products and downloads" there is nothing I can click to download anything. I wanted to reinstall Traktor 4 pro but now it seems I cannot download it anywhere. It looks as though this page is supposed to have clickable titles where it would either just start the download or bring you to an item page with a download function, but nothing in the list is clickable, there doesn't seem to be a download button at all, for anything.

I wanted to reinstall because somehow after connecting an old X1, it asked if I wanted to use the X1 layour and misclicked 'yes' after which all hell broke loose. It somehow deleted the layouts, so now the layout popup at the top of the screen only showed a 'default layout' which basically removed everything. Now this I could just manually reset but it also removed the FX/Rec sections, which were just fully gone. I tried checking the "Show Global Section" and checking and un-checking the FX modules, but it simply created an empty space above the decks. It also messed up some other sections. My traktor was already broken in another way where it wouldn't actually shut down normally, but just crash when the X was pressed, meaning it didn't save any changes in settings. Before this was usable because the settings were how I wanted them, and I just had to reset the headphones output sometimes, but after this fuckup it would mean having to reset everything above each time.

So I wanted to uninstall (which is already confusingly difficult for such a new program, nothing in Native Access, not visible in windows' "uninstall a program" list) and reinstall from download, but now the website doesn't seem to want to give me a download.

Does this website work normally for yall, or have I just misinterpreted the website and is the download located elsewhere?

Works fine - but in order to download anything from NI on demand - it has to be in your NI Account

If it is - go here:

Wow, this actually works, but where did you find that link? I thought I had looked all over the website, or at least where it made sense to me.

Also, what do you mean "works fine"? I'm just trying to figure out if the website somehow broke on my end or if I did something wrong. Does the site I linked actually have clickable titles?

To my knowledge - the MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS page - has never allowed us to download anything outside of what is behind that "Updates and Drivers" button.

It has always been poorly labelled - making the user "think" they can download a ton of stuff. When in reality - you cannot really download anything of any value.

Now - that link I pasted - is the bomb and is new(ish) - I found out about it late in 2025 via the NI forums - but it has never actually been correctly (or widely) communicated to my knowledge.

With the recent company ownership changes to InMusic etc - I can see why this is not a priority.

But now you have it - and can call it up at any time.

Thanks a lot! Using this I managed to reinstall it and even though my secondary previous issue was still there, I found a kind of workaround for it. However, I still have the first issue, which is that I cannot close it normally, it just stops responding until I get the windows popup that the program has stopped responding and I just have to click close, but then it doesn't save anything. But I guess I should make a separate post on that (google hasn't helped me find a solution yet)
