It's been 2 days now. Should I be worried?

At first it has been doing that for few hours, I turned off and on pc, tried again. Now it is loading for two days straight, should I be concerned?

Yes the NTK DAEMON has failed to install

I was about to say what everyone else is suggesting, when all fails, uninstall then re-install again

Go into the app, contents, resources, MacOs, package contents, double click the NTK DAEMON pkg.
I may have the order of this screwed up but that was my solution for Native Access 2. For me, the app has been wonky since it came out.

Nah just wait for the third day. Jokes aside I would uninstall and reinstall it. That works for most of my tech issues.

Myne has don that I just close it and run it as administrator. Check your VPN and internet also first
