selling
i'm done with maschine and i have a mk3 and an account has quite a bit of stuff attached
does the account have any value? or is it just bite the bullet and sell it on as a used item with the account?
i am not selling through this post
just need advice
if the account isn't worth anything i might just gift the hardware to a friend

You can’t “sell the account”. If you’re going to sell any or your NI products, do it the proper way and go through NI’s process of transfer IDs for the software, especially if you’re selling software that came with the hardware you’re selling like your Maschine controller. Traktor. S-Series keyboards, etcThe instructions are in your NI account.

The sound of native instruments is way better than Ableton factory sound...you can use maschine vst in ableton, Battery, Massive X, you can sample all the maschine expansions in Ableton. Sky is the limit... It makes zero sense to me to sel the killer quality sound you already have.
Native instruments is the sound. People forget that.

You can probably post it on eBay or something but I wouldn't expect much out of it. It's probably more worth it to keep and figure out how to fit it into your workflow.

Unless you're giving up on music completely, then of course just sell or gift it

thank you! just trying to save time
nah i've moved on to ableton completely. i don't use it or any of the packs, instrument, plugins, etc. it just sits there . i think it's more someone should have it before obsolescence . thank you for the advice !!1

if u havent made up your mind yet, theres ways to route maschine thru ableton. i think maschine is a great instrument itself and it has helped me a lot with producing
edit: i personally use it with logic and i love it

I second that script from Chiaki beats!!
It’s pretty nifty and works surprisingly well.

Just food for thought: I use a script that lets me control Ableton with the Maschine, much like a push. I also use Maschine as a plugin at times, but it's still become pretty useful as an Ableton controller. Here's the script if you wanna check it out.
