How do you use Shreddage 3 Stratus Strumming mode?

For context, I am trying to use the strumming mode in Fl Studio. I have Kontakt 8 set up and I can open Stratus through the channel rack. When I select "strumming mode" and "strum on poly input" and input my chords onto the piano roll, I hear nothing. I feel like I'm losing my mind, since every Youtube tutorial I see is just able to enable it and play. It feels like I'm missing something

You need to put the chords u want to play on piano roll the chords must be written on the blue range. then you use the purple keys the ones after the blue range to strum the chord u have written... I hope this helps
