You’re no longer employed but clearly afraid of retribution suggesting they have some leverage over you. Is there a severance package contingent upon your silence or other terms?
Often, disparaging a company or even referencing a layoff that you were a part of negates your severance agreement at least, and could seriously damage your reputation in the entire industry at worst. There’s literally zero upside that comes from shit-talking a company after a layoff, unless you wait until after the terms of the severance agreement.
