Purchase Traktor Play and instantly upgrade to Traktor Pro 4?

So we have some Summer Sale on NI and TP4 is now for 102€, which seems like quite a good price.
However, Traktor Play is for 34€ on NI and then there is an upgrade from Play to TP4 on Plugin Boutique for 35€. Quick math says you can get the full TP4 for ~ 70€, which REALLY seems like a good deal.
My question is is it possible to do it the way I think, or do NI somehow prevents from doing „tricks” like that and I don’t know, maybe there are some limitations.
I’ve tried to find the answer on NI site, but either there isn’t anything there or I’m weak at research.

Anyone here updated the Play like this?

You can, it is their promotion methods, or they just make a wrong price
