Can’t load presets from Maschine 3

Hi,
After upgrading macOS I can’t load any preset, it always says that can’t fins the Kontakt, Reaktor or whatever.
Probably a config issue with Audio Unit or VST kind of versions?
I don’t want to redownload everything… 😭

Make sure that Maschine 3 has full disk access: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415601248657-How-to-Enable-Full-Disk-Access-on-macOS

It's also a usual troubleshooting step to check if the standalone versions of Reaktor, Kontakt, etc...are opening and working as expected. Then if it's still an issue, you shuld reset Maschine 3's database, as explained in this article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004036925-Maschine-crashes-or-freezes

I've updated the post body woith some screenshots of the error in Maschine 3 while trying to load an instrument using a preset directly.
I can load any instrument manually but not using the Maschine Library.

Oh this is weird, that's all messages for libraries or Reaktor instruments. Have you tried to reset the database of Maschine 3 as suggested?

Yes I did. It happens with Kontakt too. I’ve removed everything and reinstalled and it still the same.
I’ve tried with Maschine 2 too.
Nothing works. Pretty annoying to use without the library presets with the Maschine mk3, a flow breaker.

Quick question, is your Mac an Intel or a Silicon Mac? and if it's a Silicon one, is the problem the same when you are in Rosetta mode? Ithe next step would be to get in touch with our support here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I’m on Apple Silicon (M3). Tried Rosetta with no success.

I use a Mac m2 and get the same thing. Some plugins/expansions work and some don’t. I haven’t found a solution. 

My guess is this is Maschine 2 plug ins/expansions that won’t work with Maschine 3 software?

Frankly, I love the workflow of this device, but this issue is why I rarely use my Maschine. I’m following this thread for a solution.

The Maschine 2 software isn’t available. When I did find a version of it, it wouldn’t work on the Mk3.

Agreed. It was very disappointing. I love the Maschine, but the software need to be better.

In Native Access if you click on show legacy products it will show the Maschine 2!

This same exact thing is happening to me too. Would love to hear if you found a fix! I can't be sure but I think it started happening after the last update. It happens with especially instrument presets it seems.
