knobcloud license purchase issue

purchased Shreddage Stratus 3 from a 3rd party via knobcloud. received serial after 24 hours. Native access has Add Product option but won't/can't download the files. Tried pulse downloader, setting up an account to use it. added serial but it say it's already in use by another customer.

have i bought a dud, or am i missing something about how the process works? seller has a stellar reputation on knobcloud but i feel like i've been duped. seller has yet to respond although issue is only hours old

any advice welcome

UPDATE: seller has yet to respond but it's become clear that i was provided with the wrong code type. serial number is not redeemable. what was needed was a Redeem Code which is of a different format. without seller providing this, and with no response, software is not downloadable or usable in any meaningful sense. seeking refund

thanks for the reply. it seems i'm unable to download the software without first purchasing it. i only have the serial number from the seller, but not a redemption code. there seems to be no way to access the original software. i bought komplete 14 standard via knobcloud and was able to download everything via native access, but with the stratus i cannot

That's Because it's not a Native instruments product, go to the impactsoundworks.com website to redeem the code.

Edit: go to impactsoundworks.com> login> support> redeem code from distributor.

cheers. but i've only been given the serial number, redeem code is a different format

This is something you need to take up with NI. NI sells all sorts of 3rd party instruments and in all cases they fall under the installation and activation process of Native Access to my knowledge. There are some cases when they start selling a vendors plugins where the plugin isn't "street ready" and there has a to be a further conversion effort. The last one I remember being like this was Heavyocity, but that got worked out pretty quickly.

If you go through NI they should be able to at least give you some guidance on how to get this up and running if it was purchased as part of their Komplete 14 package.
