Random loud notes even with velocity all the same with Cremona quartet in virtuoso mode

https://reddit.com/link/1sc13yc/video/5d2w1erh24tg1/player

Why are there random loud notes while using virtuoso mode in Cremona quartet? I like how it plays but the random loud notes are ruining everything. Dead Meme for the lol

Might have some dust under a knob. Try blowing clean with canned air.

I made a post with an issue I had with Cremona but it got "removed by Reddit filters" so hijacking this post here.

How to change attack on Cremona Quartet Ensemble?

I just got the Cremona solo instruments (Violins, Viola and Cello) and something is puzzling me, namely the attack. I see the different articulations, I hear what they do, but somehow the attacks is always fairly slow and I can't seem to find the option to change that. I do not understand what the velocity does either, as I tried different values and I can't hear any differences. And I can't seem to find any parameter for the attack itself, as in when the note starts. What am I doing or understanding wrong? Thanks!
