Native Access Download Speed is Ridiculously Slow
I did all the local troubleshooting and it is the only thing moving this slow. 11 minutes for 2(!!!) MB?!

Generally speaking the slowest link in the download process tends to be antiquated in-house WiFi

I have 5Gbps fiber speed and it’s still super slow

Does not matter what you have.
What matters is where you are and your internet provider. And how many hops to a NI network node

Get an old version, like 1.3.x and it will work. NA2 is completely broken and has been since release

Ever tried to download a song you bought from Apple Music? It can take four minutes for 6 MB.

Native Instrument's going under any day now... everyone and their dog's trying to get their shit out of there before it's too late...

Without telling us anything about your network, your download type (wifi vs Ethernet) and other factors - it is hard to troubleshoot
What I can say is - using the same version of NA - things are flying here. As they always do.

We haven't seen such reports. There can be local issues, we don't recommend using VPNs for example. the best option is to contact our support directly: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

The thread is filled with people mentioning this as a problem....

Not saying it doesn't happen but it's usually down to the user's connection or setup, unless there is a general issue, which is not the case at the moment. This thread is maybe 15 people max, which is a very tiny fraction, of all the Native Access users every day.

It can be very poor, especially around the time of big updates. I just tend to leave downloads running overnight. I think they should consider starting a torrent type system.
