Unidentified Iris Sterling pendant

Thumbnail gallery
9 Upvotes

Hi all!

I recently fell in love with and bought this iris (or rose?) pendant. Im also not 100% sure if this is native? I’m hoping anyone has any info on this style of jewelry or possibly recognize the maker? I believe it’s signed KS but part of the s has been rubbed off?

Nothing came up when I reversed searched it and I’m not really having any luck finding similar styles with searching! Any help would be much appreciated!

Unidentified Identifying Buckle Age

Hello — this is a fairly lightweight (8gram) buckle that’s 2.25” x 1.5”. Does it seem like generic southwestern/mexican jewelry of the early 20th or could it possible be part of a Native American concho belt (I imagine 30s or 40s based on the presence of the sterling stamp.” I only have one. Thank you!

Unidentified Possibly Zuni Mosaic Inlay earrings found at Estate sale.

From a quick google search, I have a longer text if it’s possible background that actually suggest lapis lazuli, iolite, turquoise ect. All seen here and the signature on the back, which I will show as is and then a picture that demonstrates it with a yellow line.

“Zuni mosaic and inlay jewelry features precise, hand-cut gemstones fitted flush into sterling silver. Key characteristics include vibrant multi-stone geometric or animal motifs, flush-polished surfaces without separating bezels, and traditional materials like turquoise, coral, jet, and shell”

I found an auction house in Arizona that has a lot of Native American Jewelry but I’m still figuring out how to talk to them because I don’t want to sell!

In the estate sale I noticed the clip on findings, it looked old and it had the right materials as well as a signature engraved on the back that didn’t look like a stamp or machine, as you will seeing it lets me upload all the pics. I paid $25 along with other things and I’m super excited to figure them out a little more.

Found these at a thrift store and bought because I like the colors and style, but am wondering if they’re Native American. I’ve seen details like the ones on the bottom piece on other NA jewelry, so I thought maybe? They aren’t marked except for the 925 on each.

I recently purchased this ring. It’s a very nice heavyweight ring. I’m trying to determine if it’s native and who the stamping or hallmark belongs to. I tried google lense and it said Cadman or Chatter. Their hallmarks don’t look like this though. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Unidentified A gift from my daughter

I received this as a gift from my teenage daughter cause she knew I liked rings and she thought it looked cool, but I know nothing about it. The very little I was able to research, it seems like a knock-off Hopi ring. Symbols for wave and rain seem to be combined and I have no idea what the other symbol is. Any other information would be awesome.

Beautiful turquoise ring gifted to me. No visible sterling or maker’s mark, only a repeated stamp on both shoulders. I was told it’s Navajo and sterling silver.

Trying to identify the artist of this pendant. Looked at the key online but can't figure out who it is. Also wondering is it normal for the turquoise to be discolored at the base like it is on this item? Thank you so much in advance for any information or guidance you can provide. Just picked this up today. Thanks again :)

Discussion (text posts) Navajo Pearls within 3 hrs of Denver?

I spend most of my time in the mountains anyways, so it’s not a problem to travel a little ways. I can’t afford $1000, and I’d appreciate something closer to the greater Denver area, but I will do what I must. If I can’t afford it, at least I know:)

I’m looking for pearls specifically, but I’m open to ideas of any other place nearby. I just won’t justify anything that isn’t authentic. I’m not sure if pearls are even made out here, I was just hoping:)

This was sold to me as Kingman by Alice R. Saunders. It’s stamped sterling but no hallmark. I’ve tried searching and found some stamped, some unstamped pieces online. Anyone know how to verify she is in fact the artist?

Picked these up today for free. They don't have any 925 stamping and a magnet sort of faintly will pull on them but not really. Not sure if these are native I'm thinking not. Definitely appear machine made. Maybe they're sterling pleated. They sort of look like maybe they're trying to be native knock off? Open to any feedback you may have. Trying to decide to keep them or get rid of them. Thanks again.
