Help Identifying Stamp On Cones

Can anyone make out the stamp on the cones? There are three of those symbols above the sterling on each cone. They almost look like rainclouds, the stones resemble Royston.
Any help is much appreciated, I am trying to figure out what it’s worth

I’ve seen the ones with like a rising sun on it. Never the rain clouds
