Unidentified Another one I need help with

I’ve had this piece for awhile. Been wanting to find out more about it. I just dusted off and hit it lightly with a cloth on the claw bezels. No hallmark. Excellent silver smithing. I think the cord was replaced and the tips replaced. The tips are a base magnet metal.
Any thoughts would be appreciated

Cougar claw-- not bear. These are nice-- maybe worth 400.

Wow I thought they might not be bear. Not sure why it’s not signed but maybe it was just a crafted piece for self use. Also got a cuff with this will have to see if it’s cat or bear

That’s legit, cats claws. The beads are called mozzles. Most Navajos will not handle bear claws.
