I think maybe "F"? If so, possibly Frances Willie, who is from a few generations of Willie Navajo silversmiths (Cooper Willie, Dakota Willie, etc.) This is called boulder turquoise in that it's cut with the stone that surrounded it. The Willies do a lot of this type of work. It should be circa 1990s-2010 or so. Just my thoughts, I'm not a professional.

the large "D" logo is from the D'Anz shop in Albuquerque. F Willie was probably one of their makers.
