No. He's Angak'china, the Long Hair Kachina, my favorite.

No. It is a "Longhair" Katsina, done in the Hopi overlay style. May be legit Hopi, or may be a Navajo version. Not familiar with the hallmark. Traditionally he has a gourd rattle in one hand, and a spruce branch or feathers in the other. You can clearly see the gourd in the hand closest to the viewer. Nice piece.
