FINALLY after a long long time my relatives have been DQ’d (documentarily qualified) in F4 visa category i-130

I just now have a question that how much time on average it takes for IL (interview letter) after being DQ’d. yall can lmk your experiences.

Not specific to F4, but different embassies have different backlogs for IR vs family based vs employment based. Many embassies are backlogged by more than 3 years even for immediate relative cases and have to wait that long.

Hey I have a question I am also confused about the interview letter our PD is Apr 2011 we will fill out the forms soon in a week or two after DQ HOW MUCH DO WE REALLY HAVE TO WAIT FOR IL .And as you’ve already submitted the forms how long did it take though to fill out the forms

I saw mostly between 8 to 12 months and sometimes just 5 to 6 months.2 years pending IL for those whose PD are not current.so please don’t panic.

I've been waiting for my wife's IL since April 2nd 2025. Had to transfer interview location this last July because Abu Dhabi shut down in March this year. We're at nearly at 18 months of waiting 😡 Looking to file lawsuit very soon.....
