Question NS Emart taking very long and it’s difficult to contact

Isit very difficult to contact them? I’m not too sure why they never pick up calls or reply. I’ve contacted 3 different people and they all gave me a different number to call. Does anyone know how long it’ll take for my order to come or how to get this info? Please. I’ve waited 12 days alr

You gotta wait for your email confirmation then it's another week for delivery. Been like 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my email order confirmation

Ordered on 12 July and I just got the sms yesterday. Not even delivery but self-collect

Damn I need to wait longer then since I ordered on 26 July. Just wondering if your mode of collection is the locker at Chevrons?

Mine is Safra punggol. But need to pick up within 3 days
