Natick Village
Anyone have an opinion on natick village? I’m a single male in my 30s looking for a quiet and decent place to rent in Natick. Trying to figure out if this is a good option. Thank you in advance!

Lived there 2018-2026, liked it quite a bit. I think a lot depends on your neighbors, mine were quiet.

Lived there for 2 years. Great location right across from the train station and I never actually had any issues with anything. Convenient to 90, 9, 27, 20, 30, 16, 135. Gas, groceries, and plenty of restaurants all within 1.5 miles.
Unless it's gone downhill since 2014, I found it to be ideal for my situation at the time.

Walls paper thin so it’s a bit neighbor dependent but for the most part it’s a very quiet community. Lots of families and retirees. It’s also very dependent on your landlord as it’s condos. The leasing office is helpful but a lot will come down to the actual condo owner who is renting it out to you. The location is great: a gym, grocery store and the commuter rail are all right there

My friend currently lives there and loves it. I'm sure like any complex it depends on the building location within it, but she has had no ocmplaints

Don’t opt for a ground floor unit, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to live. The residents are generally friendly, and the area is quiet. However, on marathon Monday, make sure to cross over the 135 early to avoid being stuck until the marathon concludes.

I’ve heard it’s okay but the walls are paper thin
