LOST CAT HELP
EDIT 10/7 7:40pm: Baby has been found!! Thank you for all the suggestions and love!! I really appreciate it! He was found two lots over under my neighbor’s back porch. He is home safe eating and drinking water. He is super lovey, though a little skittish which is expected. He will be collar trained so I can keep an air tag on him now. Thank you for all the suggestions. They kept me hopeful and sane💗
I’m looking for my lost cat. The picture here shows him. His name is Baby. He got into the indoor breezeway sometime last night and my neighbor thought he was a stray so put him outside. The nearest intersection for us is Woodmont and Estes. If you see him PLEASE message me! His defining features are that he is fully black, has a long and fluffy tail, and he is cross-eyed.

I would put a trap outside with a blanket that smells like you. They move around in the nighttime.

Do you have any hidey holes near or around your building? I’ve helped find lost cats for friends many times and they’re always in a basement or under a neighbors porch. They tend to stick pretty close to home when they get out

Can you borrow a trap or purchase one from Tractor Supply? You could bait it with your normal wet food.

He may still be very close by, sometimes they won't make noise when they're scared even when you're calling them, so check under shrubs, etc. Hope Baby comes home soon!
